Lagos State University operates a fully digital clearance system called LACACA (LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application). Candidates must upload the following documents online:

2. AGE REQUIREMENT
Most institutions require candidates to be at least 16 years old by September 30 of the admission year. Candidates who will not have attained this age may not be cleared for admission.

It is mandatory for all candidates to have uploaded their verified O'Level results on both JAMB CAPS and the institution's portal.
4. MEDICAL SCREENING
